ProTech and i-GENTIC AI Announce Partnership to Support Governance for AI and Automated Workflows in the UAE and Select MENA Markets

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE  |  DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, APRIL 6, 2026
ProTech and i-GENTIC Collaboration

ProTech (PRO TECHnology Co. L.L.C.), a Dubai-headquartered technology solutions provider serving customers in the UAE and select markets across the MENA region, together with xAIa, its AI consultancy and implementation arm, and i-GENTIC AI, a U.S.-based governance technology company, today announced a partnership to support execution-time governance for AI agents and automated workflows. The joint offering is designed to help organizations apply policy in context as actions occur, generate structured evidence for review and audit readiness, and support the deployment of AI agents and automated workflows within controlled governance frameworks.

As part of the partnership, xAIa will support the design and deployment of AI agents and enterprise automation systems, working alongside i-GENTIC AI’s GENIE® platform to enforce governance at the point of execution across enterprise and government operations.

Automation and AI are increasing the volume and velocity of actions across critical workflows. Many organizations maintain policies and SOPs, but enforcement often drifts as work moves across tools, teams, systems, and third parties, while evidence is assembled later during audits or incident investigation. This partnership is designed to address that operational gap through execution-time governance aligned to how work moves in real environments.

At the center of the offering is GENIE®, i-GENTIC AI’s governance and compliance execution engine built on patented technology. GENIE® evaluates proposed actions in context against applicable policies and control objectives, then applies a runtime outcome: allow, allow with constraints, escalate for approval, or block. Each governed action generates an Agent Passport, a structured evidence record designed to support governance review, audit readiness, and incident investigation, with higher-risk or uncertain situations routed to human approval to preserve accountability.

The partnership will initially prioritize regulated enterprise use cases, including sensitive data handling across automated workflows, AI-driven customer and operational interactions, third-party and vendor governance, and controlled approvals for higher-risk actions. ProTech has identified early interest in banking, with ongoing account discussions and parallel outreach planned across healthcare and other regulated sectors.

Organizations are moving quickly to operationalize AI and automation, but enforcement often remains inconsistent across workflows and systems. This partnership with ProTech is designed to help customers apply policy in context at the moment actions occur, while generating evidence that governance and audit stakeholders can review with confidence.
